Before joining the programme I was facing a number of challenges. Whilst still in the first year of starting my business and the many challenges that brings up, staffing, finding new clients etc. I was also going through some challenges in my personal life and was doing my best to make all the right decisions under the pressure of everything that was happening around me.

In a previous role I had been provided Executive coaching and really found it beneficial at the time however it only focused on my job role. Now I was a business owner I realised stressful elements in some areas of my life had a huge effect on everything else even though this was not always a conscious thing. So, the more holistic Quantum Coaching and Training programme seemed a more suitable path to take as it teaches you to ‘live life by design’.

Since starting the Quantum programme I have personally developed a deeper awareness of myself, understood where we unknowingly self-sabotage and how to create a massive positive shift in my mind-set. As a result of this programme I have created a harmonious relationships in all aspects of my life. In addition, I have got to a great place with my business where I have attracted the clients I want into my business and it is going from strength to strength; without the effort and struggle I had associated with my previous 20+ years of Recruitment industry experience.

The best thing this programme has given me is the time to enjoy my life doing what I really want to do. Amongst other things, I have found time to assist with the coaching of my sons football team, helping to cultivate the winning mind-set I have learnt. I have also developed a new relationship and really enjoy the challenges of running a business.

I have also loved learning new ways of looking at life with new Quantum principles through the Masterclass trainings. Best of all, it’s so refreshing being part of a very supportive community of like-minded people who really know where I am at and are making Quantum changes in their life too!

What I would say to anyone considering joining this Quantum programme is, when I was in your shoes, I wish someone had told me how within one or two weeks into the programme your life will subtly change, miracles and synchronicities will start to happen, the challenges that you have don't all go away, but because the programme provides you with the tools to deal with them they don't seem so daunting.

I wished I had the knowledge and understanding that I have now, years ago! I would urge anyone looking for fulfilment, purpose and to improve their lives to enrol. Having knowledge about oneself is so empowering. Once I understood how my external experiences were created by my internal thoughts and feelings and I used the tools I learnt to change my thoughts, miracles start to happen. I can now create and live my life by design. By adding value to myself I can add value to others.

I felt like I was stuck in every area of my life, in some way. Running my business had caused me to burn out and therefore, financially, things had become messy. I was at a point where I didn’t know how to move forward but I knew I needed to make a big shift.

I had taken on a job, working from home to try and alleviate the financial/time pressure I was experiencing. However, this only seemed to exacerbate the situation as I became very unhappy doing it.

My business is transformed. I’ve made the most money in the last four months than in the same period previously and most importantly, we are attracting the types of clients that we’ve always wanted.

Learning how to release limiting beliefs has been key for me. I also always really look forward to our sessions and meeting up with everyone on the same journey. It allows some Headspace away from Life to really focus on what I am aiming for.

Learning new ways of looking at things, tools to assist me in day to day life and the impact this has had on many areas of my life aside from business.

I have told everyone I know that I think want to make a shift in their life; do it! The shift we are making is beyond us, it positively impacts our families/children/employees/clients. It’s my feeling that now is a crucial time for making positivity louder and I’m proud to be amongst a group of people that care about that.

Tammy has helped me to understand what blocks and limiting beliefs held me back and supported me in becoming more reflective of who I am as a person which has been instrumental in me becoming a more attuned person.

What was immediately apparent from having the initial session was that whilst I had approached the program for work actually this was something that I should be applying for all areas of my life. So my coaching became about my life as a whole which was so much more powerful.

I was surprised at how quickly I have been able to manifest positive changes in all areas of my life from work, family relationships, friendships and lifestyle. I am still going through the program so I still have changes that I want to achieve but what I have changed so far (3 months in) has been fantastic.

I would certainly recommend joining the course for anyone who has a desire to improve ANY part of the life. Not only will you get the great support from the life coaches in the one to one sessions, you will also meet other members, share their successes and energies that help to keep you in flow and achieve your own manifestations. I have met some lovely inspiring people who are a mixture of ages, who have joined the program for a variety of reasons who I hope will remain in my life long after my coaching is finished.

I started my quantum journey without even knowing I was doing so about 3 years ago when Quantum Transformation was way in the future. I felt suicidal and the world was a dark place in which everything bad happened to me and in which I achieved nothing.

People I felt were cruel to me without cause and life was a living never-ending nightmare. It was all hopelessness and despair. Several serious health conditions added to the cocktail of misery. Past sorrows that I had continually dwelt on, made me full of self pity and completely killed any motivation or drive to do anything constructive. I was adept at telling anyone who would listen about my woes and why whatever constructive solution offered in an attempt to help me would never work for me. I had a long list of entrenched beliefs about why things could not get any better for me.

My visit to the Adam and Tammy, was the last resort. Within months my mental state had changed I went from spending most of my time in bed to re-engaging with the world and a working on contributing constructively to society. When Quantum Transformation was launched officially and became more structured I joined as soon as I could and began to improve on the positive results of previous consultations. My journey with Quantum has completely and totally changed me to an unrecognisable version of myself! My mental disposition is positive even in the face of adverse events. I now love myself and because of this it is easier to love others.

My creativity has blossomed and I am writing poems on regular basis. I have stripped away most of the trappings of my old way of life and I am making clear and guided decisions for my life rather than letting life happen to me. I live a joyful and content life full of hope and expectation for the future constantly punctuated with miracles and synchronicities and signs that I am on the right path. I am also able to apply my belief in the bible as a blue print for my life in a way I just couldn't before because knowing what to do is very different from actually knowing how to do it.

I enjoy meditating and praying and endeavouring to live in a mindful state, it brings serenity to my life. I am still on my transformation journey and I can't wait to make my total transformation totally complete!

Before joining this program I knew I needed to improve my mindset and that I wanted to try to manifest growth into my business but I didn't know how to actually go about it.

Before joining this program assumed I needed more sales to grow my business. So I assumed I needed to improve my sales skills. When that didn't help, I tried employing professional sales staff, after sales staff. However none of them improved on my own abilities, so I realised I needed to improve my own mindset.

As a result of what I learnt in this programme, created a change that others saw in me, which led to me being offered an opportunity to increase my business, overnight, by 50%. I am now working towards bedding that increase in and building on it, over the next 12 months.

The best thing about this programme has been that it teaches you to focus specifically on what you want and allow your intuition to find out how. The amazing thing was, this increase was the exact amount I needed to grow my business and ultimately afford to reduce my own hours and improve the quality of my life and the lives of my team.
